Who are we?
The Strategy & Regulation team sits at the centre of how Smart DCC navigates a complex and fast-changing external landscape. They develop and lead the strategy that tells our story, makes complexity clear and sets the direction for today and tomorrow.
As guardians of our licence to operate, the team ensures we meet regulatory requirements, report transparently and build trust with stakeholders. They also spot opportunities to strengthen and evolve our services, helping Smart DCC play an even bigger role in Britain’s smarter, cleaner energy system.
Working across strategy, regulation, policy, economics and external communications, the team engages and influences a wide range of audiences, from Ofgem and government to customers, industry partners, politicians and journalists.
